Adam Farrar-Wilson grew up in Woldingham and after spells in Scotland and France has been back living in the village for over three years.
For ten years he helped energy businesses design pay and benefits with a focus on employee well-being and motivating people to achieve low-carbon goals. That passion for helping people extends to volunteering – Adam has been a ChildLine counsellor and worked with universities to build students’ practical skills.
He would love to bring those skills and interests to represent his neighbours in Woldingham on the Council, notably to:
º Push progress on a Local Plan which helps us defend our village’s character and gets our neighbourhood plan properly supported
º Improve our public open spaces and recreation facilities
º Support council house building in appropriate locations
º Get the Council carbon neutral by 2030
