Lib Dem Victory: Council buys offices and protects jobs

Cllr Dorinda Cooper, District Councillor for Caterham Valley says, “I’m pleased the Council has listened to your Valley Councillors. Caterham Valley needs to retain office space to have a vibrant town centre. I am glad Quadrant House won’t be turned into flats but be kept as a place for local people to work.”
