P1010472 smHelen Rujbally is going to stand for election to replace Caroline Warner as Westway Councillor. Helen is a dedicated and hard-working campaigner, "exactly what we need here" Says Caroline. Helen is a Caterham person through and through living in Banstead Road and works supporting people with learning disabilities

Helen is going to campaign on the wide issues we face in Caterham Hill.
She is very concerned about the Conservatives’ Local Plan to build many more houses in our area and will work hard to stop over-development in Caterham Hill while making sure we have enough homes for our young people and families. Helen has been working with the Parish Council and the local flood forum campaigning for Caterham hill’s residents.
Chris Botten, County Councillor for Caterham n the Hill says, "Helen has already campaigned tirelessly to
ensure that the authorities keep listening to the people of Caterham Hill. Having her represent the people of Westway at Tandridge District Council will be fantastic."
