Jeffrey was previously the District Councillor for Whyteleafe, having stepped down in 2010 when he moved to Kent. As his work commitments as a professional musician changed, he grabbed the opportunity to move back to the area last year.

He wants to address three key issues affecting Whyteleafe: parking provision and better enforcement of parking regulations; planning and development, particularly the need to enhance infrastructure to support development; and street cleaning and the need to keep refuse and recycling centres open.

Jeffrey says “It’s wrong that Conservatives have increased spending by £90,000 on PR and publicity when these services have been cut.”
