Responding to reports the EU Withdrawal Bill will be delayed again, Liberal Democrat Brexit Spokesperson Tom Brake said:

Today Caroline Warner, District Councillor for Westway Ward in Caterham has announced her decision to resign.
Caroline says “My family and I have made the difficult decision to move away from the area and, as much as I may wish to continue, I feel that I can no longer represent the community to the level they deserve.”
